People come to me for clarity, orientation and new perspectives. I bring emotional intelligence, solution-oriented thinking and the ability to quickly recognize patterns and address the right issues.

Ich bin Franziska Laurien Siebeck,
Expert in relationship skills, wellbeing and human leadership.
Since 2014, I have been working on the question of how we can create deeper relationships, build inner strength and live healthier lives - in a world that is becoming ever faster and more complex.
My path led me from studying business psychology in Cologne and Sydney to Toronto, where I was able to experience the diversity of cultures and the art of self-development.
I later deepened my knowledge in the start-up environment and an international management consultancy, where I supported global transformation projects for over 400,000 employees - with a focus on wellbeing, relationship skills, emotional intelligence, change management and leadership development.
